1. If weather, war, strikes and other force majeure factors make it impossible to tour, the company will have the right to change the itinerary, refund the attraction ticket fees (except for complimentary self-paid items), and the registration fee will not be refunded;
2. The following situations apply to order cancellations and changes: reducing the number of people participating in the same order, canceling the entire order, changing the itinerary, and changing different participation dates for the same itinerary.
a. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 31 days (inclusive) before departure, the group fee will not be deducted. Other additional hotels, air tickets or services must be determined by referring to the hotel or airline regulations to determine whether refunds can be made.
b. If you request cancellation or rescheduling from 15 days (inclusive) to 30 days (inclusive) before departure, 50% of the tour fee will be deducted. For other additional hotels or services, please refer to the hotel regulations to determine whether refunds can be made.
c. If the group requests cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before departure to the day of departure or fails to participate on time on the day of departure, it will be considered an automatic abandonment and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
d. If your company or guest withdraws from the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fee will not be refunded, nor will it be compensated with other services.
When the order is modified and the resource status changes, additional fees will be charged according to the actual situation;
Any changes or cancellations must be directly contacted and handled in writing by email or fax.
3. For the third and fourth guests in the same room who are given free of charge in the "Buy Two Get Two Free" promotion recently launched by Zongheng Seaou, the cancellation terms are as follows:
a. Early cancellation: If the first two guests join the tour normally, if the third and fourth free guest in the same room request to cancel their seats more than 7 days before the departure of the trip, they can enjoy free cancellation without paying any penalty.
b. Temporary cancellation within 7 days before departure: If the first two guests join the tour normally, if the third and fourth guests in the same room who join the tour for free cancel within 7 days before departure, or there is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will charge a penalty for each guest who temporarily cancels. The fine amount is 50% of the original price of a room for two people.
c. If you temporarily cancel without paying the fine within 7 days before departure, or if you NO SHOW on the day of joining the tour, we will collect the above fine amount on-site from the first and second guests in the order on the day of joining the tour. If the guest of the same order refuses to pay, it will be regarded as unpaid group payment, and our company has the right to cancel all reservations for the order.
Reservation instructions:
1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when participating in the tour. Minors or children traveling alone cannot participate in the tour group of Zongheng Seagull. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women participating in the tour must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (preferably mobile phone, if there are any problems, convenient notification), accurate flight information or tour location, etc., to avoid booking errors and affecting your travel. You will be solely responsible for any losses caused by you providing incorrect information.
3. The hotel has different room types, such as one King/Queen Size bed room or two Double Size twin rooms. The maximum number of people that can legally stay in each room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination. At that time, the card must be swiped to handle deposit collection and check-in procedures according to different hotel regulations. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will return the deposit within 7-14 working days after check-out. Zongheng Seagull guarantees the number of rooms available to guests, but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. Guests participating in the tour must purchase tickets with the tour guide on the tour. They are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Ticket fees and group meal fees for attractions may change according to the official notice of the attraction, and the prices announced by the attraction on that day shall prevail.
5. Zongheng Haiou has the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary sequence to ensure the smooth progress of the tour group when it is convenient for the group operation, but it will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour order, stay time or gathering time of the scenic spots according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If the attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the appearance or replace it with other attractions according to the actual situation to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and traffic control of various attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the epidemic. If it is a force majeure factor that affects the itinerary, please understand.
8. Children under the age of eight are required to ride in safety seats when participating in the tour. Zongheng Seagull provides rental services at $10.00/person/day. Please be sure to inform us in advance when booking the itinerary so that we can prepare in advance. Any violations and fines caused by the guest not notifying them in advance will be borne by the guest. Please understand. If you arrange a bus trip on the day of travel, no safety seat is required, and the fee will be refunded to the guest.
9. Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. Disabled people and people with reduced mobility should contact Zongheng Seagull in advance to obtain relevant policy information before signing up for the tour. If not notified in time, our company cannot guarantee to provide wheelchair lift buses or arrange suitable seats for guests.
10. Zongheng Group may revise the terms and conditions of group participation many times and will promptly publish the latest version on the agency website. Please be sure to read the "Tour Group Regulations" carefully before signing up for a tour (click on the blue font to view). Our company only performs its obligations under these terms and conditions and will not be liable for any indirect, compensatory, incidental or punitive damages if any, unless specifically provided in these regulations or by law.
11. Due to the sharp rise in oil prices, vehicle usage costs have greatly increased. Starting from April 1, 2022, all bus tour products of Zongheng Seaou will be subject to a transportation surcharge of $5/person/day. Please pay it together with the tour fee when placing the order.
Travel instructions:
1. To ensure a smooth and complete trip, tourists are responsible for strictly abiding by the gathering time given by the tour guide. If the meeting time is more than ten minutes, the bus will leave without waiting. Zongheng Haiou wholeheartedly provides on-time and punctual services. However, if there are uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, wars and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that you will arrive at the pick-up location on time. Our company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests due to travel delays caused by this reason, or additional expenses such as related flight, train or bus fees, and other travel expenses.
2. Zongheng Haiou has the right to change tourists from the original car to another car on the way and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services if it is convenient for the group operation.
3. The following suggestions will help you register faster and better: you need to bring a valid ID (with photo included); please present a paper or electronic itinerary.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform in advance and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You must sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to have been abandoned by you, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
5. If the gift items in the itinerary cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, or if you cannot visit due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded, please understand.
6. According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited in the car during the tour, and smoking is also prohibited in most hotel rooms. The hotel's cleaning staff are professionally trained, and the security guards will also professionally leave evidence. Once discovered, there will be a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night. This cost is borne by the guest and our company is not responsible. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on all Zongheng Seagull tours.
8. Only for products that include airport pick-up service: The same order only provides one free airport pick-up service within the time range. If it cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, etc., please bear the transportation costs yourself.
