1. This product is a bus ticket for transportation between Seward Cruise Terminal and Anchorage. You need to go to the boarding location by yourself.
2. "The ticket is for one person, and cannot be purchased separately under the age of 18. At least one adult is required to accompany. If purchasing a child ticket, please provide the child's birth date when placing the order;".
3. Boarding requires you to hold valid documents with your own photo, such as a domestic passport with a US visa, a US resident ID card, a US driver's license, etc.
4. Please provide the passenger's phone number at least 10 days before the departure date, otherwise the final travel notice cannot be sent.
5. Within 3-7 working days before the travel date, you will receive an electronic confirmation form. Use this confirmation form and your valid ID to go to each ticket collection point to exchange tickets.
6. Please arrive at the assembly location at least 15-20 minutes in advance. If you miss the ride time due to personal reasons, you must bear the losses caused.
7. Bus tickets are valid for the same day and are invalid upon expiration.

Cancelation Policy:

1. For cancelations within 15 days of the tour date, no refund will be given.

2. For cancelations beyond 15 days from the tour date, 30% of the fee will be refunded.
