[Land Section Know Before You Book]
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
11. Due to rising fuel costs and significantly increased vehicle operating costs, starting May 18, 2026 (departure dates), a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be added to Seagull's bus tour packages. This surcharge will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Notes:
1) No fuel surcharge will be charged on the day of airport pick-up/drop-off if there are no other bus services arranged.
2) No fuel surcharge will be charged on days that do not involve bus services: for example, in Florida-related packages where guests travel to and from the theme park independently using the park shuttle, or in train tour packages where the entire day's itinerary is by train and there is no tour guide or bus service.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.

[Cruise Section Know Before You Book]
1. Each guest is limited to checking in:
two suitcases per person* (not exceeding 90x75x43 cm in size and 23 kg in weight per bag);
two pieces of hand luggage per person* (not exceeding 56x45x25 cm in size and 23 kg in weight per bag).
The maximum amount of luggage in each stateroom must not exceed 100 kg and/or 8 pieces total for all passengers in the same stateroom.
Any piece of luggage exceeding the allowance will not be accepted at Check-in.
Guests exceeding these limits are invited to contact MSC Cruises directly or via their travel agents at the time of booking for information on how to ship luggage in excess separately via freight or cargo, at an additional charge.
2. Travel documents and passport, money, jewelry and other precious items, electronic devices, medicines, nappies, and any other items you may need at short notice. Passengers must hold fully valid passports for the whole duration of the Cruise Package with a passport expiration date at least 6 months after the return date.
3. Passenger to determine what visas, health certificates or other travel documents may be required for their specific itinerary, to obtain such required travel documents prior to commencing travel, and to present them upon embarkation onboard Carrier’s vessel. Passengers lacking required travel documents may be denied boarding and shall be entitled to no refund or compensation of any kind as a result of such denied boarding.
4. Port Security has the duty to search Guests and luggage to confiscate any article internationally known as dangerous for the safety and security of Guests, Crew and ship. Such items will be confiscated and not returned. Alcohol, firearms, sharp objects such as blades and scissors, flammable and explosive material, items with heating elements or open flames (e.g. clothing irons, hair irons. kettles, hotplates, candles, incense), drones. MSC Cruises will be forced to deny access to any guests not complying with these mandated regulations. In the interest of health and safety, beverages and food (including partially eaten or home cooked items) may not be brought on board either. Exception: dry, packaged and commercially produced foods.
5. During your cruise, you will meet staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service. For your convenience MSC Cruises will automatically add a daily Hotel Service Charge to your shipboard account, based on your chosen itinerary and the number of days for which the services are actually provided. The cruise to Mediterranean, the service fee should be 10 Euro per night per person.
6. Onboard bar purchases will incur a 15% bar service charge, automatically added to your final bill.
7. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in cabins, on cabin balconies and anywhere not expressly indicated by signage and ashtrays. The Company reserves the right to levy a fee should passengers be found smoking in non-designated areas of the vessel.
8. All MSC cruise ships have a well-equipped Medical Centre, supervised by a ship’s doctor and other medical personnel. The Medical Centre is open at the times advertised in the ship’s Daily Programme. Emergency services are available round the clock by calling the Medical Emergency number.
9. The company uses six main languages for its communications: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
10. We ask our guests to not to throw anything into the sea and to work with us to safeguard the sea, marine life and the ecosystem.
11. No animals are allowed on board, apart from recognised assistance dogs. Bringing assistance dogs on board is, in any case, subject to approval by the company and must be requested by the Guest when booking.
12. Guests are advised to consult their National Health Service prior to the cruise for information regarding recommended vaccinations. MSC Cruises declines all responsibility for guests who do not adhere to the recommendations on the prevention of infectious diseases or do not have the appropriate vaccinations to enter a particular port during the cruise.
13. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Cruise Package at any time by giving written notice to the Passenger. In no event shall the Company or Carrier be liable for any consequential damages or other damages as a result of such cancellation.
14. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion and/or that of the Master of any vessel to decide whether to deviate from the advertised or ordinary itinerary, to delay or anticipate any sailing, to omit or change scheduled ports of call, to arrange for substantially equivalent carriage by another vessel.
15. The safety of the Vessel and all those onboard is of paramount consideration. Passengers must pay attention to and comply with all regulations and notices relating to the safety of the Vessel, her crew and passengers, the terminal facilities and immigration requirements.
16. Hotel accommodation and all transport (other than The Carrier's Cruise Ship) included in Package Tours or Shore Excursions, are operated by independent contractors even if sold by the Company, Sales Agents or on board the cruise ship. The Company and Carrier shall not be responsible in any way for the services provided by such independent contractors. The Company and Carrier operate as mere agent for the Shore Excursion provider for the limited purpose of selling tickets to such excursions. The Company has no direct control over the Shore Excursion providers and their services hence in no case whatsoever will the Company be held liable for loss, damages, injuries or death suffered by the Passenger as a result of the negligence or otherwise of the Shore Excursion providers. In assessing performance and/or liability of Shore Excursion providers, local laws and regulations will apply. Shore Excursions shall be subject to the Shore Excursion provider’s terms and conditions including the benefit of any limitation of liability and the level of damages. Passenger agrees that any liability release applicable to the Shore Excursion provider shall apply likewise with equal force to Carrier and the Company even if Carrier and Company are not named on such release.
17. The Passenger shall be liable for and shall reimburse the Carrier for any damage to the Vessel and/or its furnishings or equipment or any other property of the Carrier caused by any willful or negligent act or omission by the Passenger or any person for whom the Passenger is responsible including, but not limited to, children under the age of 18 travelling with a Passenger.
