Melbourne Airport (MEL) Pickup Information:

Please book flights arriving at Melbourne Airport (MEL) between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM (this is the estimated time for guests to collect luggage and meet our staff). Our friendly team will be waiting at the airport to greet you and escort you to Phillip Island.

If you miss the scheduled pickup but still wish to join the tour, An additional $200 AUD is required (final price depends on group size, vehicle type, and distance). If flight delays prevent your participation in the Phillip Island tour, the itinerary will be adjusted to airport-to-hotel transfer only, with no refunds for the missed tour.

Upon arrival in Melbourne, we’ll set off toward the ocean breeze and breathtaking scenery, kicking off a day full of surprises on Phillip Island! Your first stop is the iconic Rainbow Beach Huts—vibrant, picturesque wooden cabins lined along the shore, creating a stunning contrast with the turquoise sea and sky. Every angle is Instagram-worthy! Next, visit a wildlife sanctuary teeming with native Australian animals. Observe and learn about these adorable creatures up close, immersing yourself in a uniquely Aussie experience. Explore the charming seaside town, soaking in its relaxed vibe and local culture. Perfect for souvenirs or a seaside coffee break! If you’re lucky, you might spot wild penguins waddling along the rocks. The grand finale: Witness the world-famous Little Penguin march at sunset as they return ashore—a heartwarming spectacle of nature’s wonders. After the tour, we’ll head back to Melbourne.

Today we depart from Melbourne, heading south along the winding Great Ocean Road to the legendary town of Split Point. First, we'll visit the Great Ocean Road Chocolate Factory, where you'll have the opportunity to watch our talented chocolatiers handcraft a variety of amazing classic chocolates. Afterwards, we'll travel to Split Point Lighthouse, affectionately known as "Little Red Riding Hood" for its vibrant red top. Like a fairytale guardian of the sea, every photo taken here captures a healing, Miyazaki-esque feeling. Passing through the Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch, which tells the story of the road-building legends of WWII veterans, we continue our journey to the picturesque seaside fishing village of Apollo Bay, which awaits your visit. Here, you'll find wide white sand beaches, stunning scenery, and a crescent-shaped bay. Next, we'll visit the Twelve Apostles, limestone pillars that once connected the continental cliffs. Waves and strong winds eroded the rocks, first creating caves, then arches, and finally towering 45-meter-high pillars. Here, you can choose to take a helicopter tour (at your own expense) for a breathtaking aerial view of the Twelve Apostles and some of Australia's most magnificent coastal scenery. Finally, we will proceed to Loch Ard Gorge. After the tour, we will return to Melbourne.

Today's one-day tour of Melbourne city will start from the Melbourne Parliament House. Its magnificent marble columns and glass curtain walls interweave a solemn and modern symphony in the sun, like a three-dimensional constitutional history book standing quietly. Turning the corner, you can see the Gothic spire of St. Patrick's Church. The complex reliefs built with a large number of stone carvings are the largest church in the Southern Hemisphere. Walking in Fitzroy Gardens, this is one of the main garden landscapes in Australia in the Victorian era, and it also adds luster to Melbourne's title of "Garden City of Australia". After leaving the garden, we will go to the creative center of the city-Federation Square. Continue to stroll along the Yarra River. The breeze here is always lazy and poetic, and the river water is rippling in the sunset. The yellow arches of the next stop Flinders Street Railway Station will pull time back to the Victorian era, as if you can see the hurried footsteps of travelers a hundred years ago. Finally, step into the University of Melbourne, where the quaint buildings and modern facilities complement each other, showing the unique charm of the century-old school. After the trip, you will be sent to Melbourne Airport to leave the group, officially ending this fulfilling and wonderful journey!

Know Before You Book

1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.

2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.

3. Australian hotels offer different room types, such as a King/Queen Size bed room or a twin room. Each room can legally accommodate 2 people, including adults and children. At the request of the hotel, each group of guests must bring at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination, and then they will need to cooperate with the card swiping check-in procedures. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantees the number of rooms for guests, but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.

4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.

5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.

6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary.

8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.

9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.

10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.

11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.

1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.

2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.

3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.

4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.

5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.

6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room.

7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.

8. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.

9. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the tour is not possible due to force majeure such as weather, war, strikes, etc., the company will have the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fees for attractions will be refunded (except for free self-paid projects), but the registration fee will not be refunded;
2. The cancellation terms are as follows:

a. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 33 days (inclusive) before departure, no handling fee will be charged. Other additional hotel, air tickets or services will be refunded according to the hotel or airline regulations.

b. If the group departs 32 days (inclusive) to 24 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of AUD$100.00/USD$67.00 will be charged. Other additional hotel, air tickets or services will be refunded according to the hotel or airline regulations.
c. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling from 18 days (inclusive) to 23 days (inclusive) before departure, 50% of the tour fee will be deducted. Other additional hotels or services will be refunded according to the hotel regulations.
d. If the group requests cancellation 3 days (inclusive) to 17 days (inclusive) before departure or fails to attend on time on the day of departure, it will be deemed as automatic waiver and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
e. If your company or guests withdraw from the trip or fail to attend any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fee will not be refunded and no other services will be compensated.
